TFC Entertainment LLC ("TFC", "Traders Fight Championship") operates this website and the TFC 001 event experience, and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly: your email address when you verify it, your name if you choose to provide one, votes and nominations you submit, pre-sale waitlist entries, and the contents of any form you send us (fighter applications, partnership inquiries, work-with-us submissions). We also store limited technical data needed for the site to function. Separately, the Meta Pixel on this site sends Meta Platforms the pages you view here, the actions listed in the Cookie Policy below, and your IP address and browser details, whether or not you have an account with us.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to operate community voting, manage the pre-sale waitlist, send you the updates you signed up for (card announcements, early access, your early-bird discount), respond to inquiries, and run and improve the event. We also use it to measure and target our advertising, as described in section 4 and in the Cookie Policy below.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws treat the advertising sharing described in section 4 as a “sale” or a “share” even where no money changes hands. To have that stopped for you, block the pixel as described in the Cookie Policy, or email support@thetradersfc.com.
4. Sharing
We share the information you give us directly with service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and payment processing when tickets go on sale), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Website activity is the exception, and works differently: we share it with Meta Platforms for advertising and measurement, as described in the Cookie Policy below. Meta is not acting as our service provider there — it uses that activity under its own privacy policy and for its own purposes, not solely on our instructions.
5. Storage & Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to run the event and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@thetradersfc.com. If you appear on the community voting board and want your name or image removed, the same address handles it promptly.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the event develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

1. Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and TFC Entertainment LLC ("TFC", "we"), a Florida limited liability company with its registered address at 7901 4th St N #30429, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. By using this website, creating a verified account, voting, or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use the site and at least 18 to apply as a fighter. By submitting a fighter application you confirm you meet all eligibility, medical, and legal requirements that may apply.
3. Community Voting
Voting and nominations exist to measure community interest only. Nominations do not create any obligation for any person to participate, and vote totals do not constitute announcements or confirmed matchups. We may moderate, edit, or remove any nomination at our discretion.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights. By submitting content you grant TFC a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the event.
5. Event Details
All event information on this site — including dates, venue, card structure, participants, and pricing — is preliminary and subject to change until officially confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property
The TFC name, logo, and site content belong to TFC or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFC and its affiliated companies are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Cookie Policy

1. Essential Storage
This site uses essential browser storage (localStorage) to make its features work: keeping your votes, your waitlist position, and your session during a visit.
2. Advertising & Measurement
We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising and measurement tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), on this site. It loads a script from Meta, sets Meta's cookies in your browser, and sends Meta the pages you view here along with your IP address, your browser details, and the page you arrived from. We use it to measure how our ads perform and to reach people who have already shown interest in TFC. Meta may connect that activity to a Facebook or Instagram account and uses it under its own privacy policy. We receive performance reports and audience sizes from Meta, not your social profile.
Alongside the pages you view, we tell Meta which of a short list of actions you complete here: verifying your email, joining the pre-sale waitlist, voting, nominating a trader, and sending the fighter, work-with-us or partnership forms. Meta is told that the action happened and which form it was — never what you wrote in it, who you voted for, or your answers.
3. Managing This
You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings (Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data), and browser tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop the Meta Pixel loading — everything on this site works without it. Clearing this data will also reset your votes and session on this device. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, “Your activity off Meta technologies” in Accounts Centre lets you review and disconnect what we send.
4. Changes
If we add, change, or remove any of the tools described above, this policy is updated in the same release.

Refund Policy

1. Current Status
Tickets for TFC 001 are not yet on sale. Joining the pre-sale waitlist is free and involves no payment or purchase commitment.
2. When Tickets Go On Sale
Unless stated otherwise at checkout: all ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable for change of mind, travel issues, or inability to attend.
3. Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket face value. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date, and holders who cannot attend may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
4. Card Changes
The fight card is subject to change. Changes to individual bouts or participants do not entitle holders to a refund.
5. How To Request
Eligible refund requests are handled through support@thetradersfc.com and processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
